Dont know d exact date,TOM...
But if u look at the recently declared final pattern, the notification was released on Wednesday and result was declared on Monday...
So may be notification will come on 28th jan(Wed) & results on 2nd Feb(Monday).. Its just my prediction dear..
And on google hangout icai president said ipcc results will be out on first week of Feb...

As exams forms can be filled from 3rd Feb.
