IPCC Registration before August 16

Hi friends,

I cleared CPT and now need to get myself registered for IPCC. 

Could you please guide me what is the process to register for IPCC ?

Here is what I have understood.

1. Download registration form from ICAI.ORG .  ( No online form submittion ?? )

2. Submit filled form and Draft to Regional office before Aug 16 . ( what are the other docs to be submitted along with it ? )
