Dear Sir,
I was registered under PE-II course two years back but due to financial problems I could not complete that instead I tried to clear the exam twice but unfortunately failed. Now I am working in a export company as accountatnt I am willing to complete the C.A. Is there any way to take transfer to PCC or IPCC course.
If yes how Please Help ME................

if a person had taken admission in PE II but he did nt give any attempts and hi s 5 attempts are over..... also PE II has ended,then please tell me whether he should get admitted to pcc or ipcc and what would be the procedure?
