Dear Kalimuthu,

As per my understanding,

if you had already claimed exemption for any of the paper/papers in that group,

for the period for which such exemption is valid,

you cannot claim further exemption from the same group

Hi Kalimuthu,

You have two options:-

Carry forward ur exemption in Tax from your previous attempt (In that case u cannot avail the exemption in A/Cs)

Forfeit the exemption in Tax and avail the exemption in A/C s you have obatined in this sitting.

In short exemptions obtained in two different sittings cannot be simultaneously carried forward. More than one exemption can be carried forward only in the case when it is obtained in a single sitting.

Amit first ask yourself if you put full efforts to the best of your knowledge in the last 4 attempts (sometimes there r personal issues, health issues that hampers study), if yes , discuss with friends in detail to see y you r not able to clear law. But if you still feel that you have written well, a friendly suggestion would be to think of something else. There r so many options in the vast field of finance, pls. give a thought.

I hv problem presenting the theory pprs.. Whether d answers shud b lengthy or precise.. I wrote 1 page for each answer in both my attempts but did not score much! How do I score more marks in theory pprs??
