Don't mug up ITSM, try to understand the concept and logic behind every topic.
Logic prvails longer don't forget this friend,
If you want you can make your own handwritten notes on some important terms.
As far as IT is concern , there is lot of technical words in that so for this you have to do revision regularly. I had made notes for IT/Sm and use to study daily 3 hours from that notes. I got 66 in IT/SM.
