Ipcc nov 12 service tax. changes in pot applicable or not?

As per latest notification of ICAI, it's only the earlier specified 8 taxable services will not be applicable for Nov examination of  2012, whereas remaining other prescribed syllabus is applicable. This is my analysis after reading notification, it is better to contact ICAI for further more clarity or wait for experts advice.
