i passed my ipcc first group in may 2012 but i havent recieved my marks list .what should i do now?can any body please answer my querry

Send the attached application after filling necessary details to address mentioned therein, the same way i did that n i got the duplicate marksheet
n alongwith application u should send a DD of Rs.100 favouring "The Secretary, ICAI" payable at new delhi..
