hi
in case of seasonal employees they are said to be in continuous service if they had worked for 75% of the days in which the establishment has worked
for eg: if the factory has worked for 200 days
the seasonal employee has to qualify to be in continuous service has to atleast be worked for minimum 150 days (75% of 200)
