In law, which is better, writing own language or what is given in the different acts?
As per munish bhandari class notes, language of act is given but as per munish bhandari book available for sale, own language is given?

Hi, Pertucularly in law language is very impartant, you can write in ur owne language also, but the meaning and disire can not be changed. Only you can write exactly law terms in Definitions but not for explanations

Yes you can put the language in your own way only if you have enough confidence and understanding of language.
Don’t play with the language of law specially Definitions. It is strongly recommended to put the definition in the exact language. However you can take slight liberty while drafting your answer in respect of other law language but the context, texture, interpretation and meaning should not be changed.
