ques- (1)- (b)- (1)-(i)- incorrect.

(ii)- correct

(2)- (i)- he can be admitted to the benefits in the firm.

(ii)- bailment

(iii)- agency coupled by interest

ques- (2)- (a)- Mr. Ram will be entitled to bonus under the provisions of the payment of bonus act,1965 for 12th months

Can i avail exemption 60 and above in Info-tech & S.M (PCC) even if dont attained i.e remain ABSENT Costing and Tax paper ????? plz help me...

Question was Straight Forward. No twist, no Case Study ( Except 1 for 8 Marks). However, I think, most of the students face uncomfortable in answering the Questions. Gratuity Act has not been touched . Company Law Objectives and Contract Law Objectives need not ask Explanation in support of answer . Ethics and Communtication Theory Part got Preference. This Law paper comprise no Question on Drafting which is no doubt UNPREDICTABLE.
