Hi Suchit, for Nov 2015 exams, u need to buy a new book only and only if there are any sections notified during 1st Oct.2014 to 31st Mar.2015. And for ur kind info, not even a single section has been notified during this period. So it is pretty obvious that u can continue with the current book. The rtp will take care of any new rules,circulars,etc. relevant for the exams.
