Ipcc last date for may 2013

Hello Every1

I want to enroll myself for IPCC both group for may 2013 exam both group. when i check the icai site. it said registration closed on monday 3 sept 2012 at 17:30.  It means i can't enroll myself.  if any other procedure available pls help.

You can't get an attempt for may 2013 .....

if you get registered then you will give nov 13 attempt only.
