Get Manish Valechha ITSM textbook. This book will help you crack ITSM paper in minimum time. This book has mnemonics to help you remember the topic easily..................(Manish Valechha is the largest seller of CA Final ISCA book)

i strictly recommend you to follow icai material.icai has given the topic of flow chart from the basic.so daily you practice some set of flow charts given in icai study material.continuously practice it every day upto the date of exam.and for theory of it and sm as swami kept the link of dinesh madan sir have a look at those and study the throry from study material .then u can get good score
