i fill up my form and submit 19/02/2017.my question is that will copy of form submit at regional eirc or new delhi with signature of my principal at speed post or registered post?my photo and signature are displayed at my profile.

it's clearly mentioned in guidelines. yet, i approached Hyderabad icai. they didn't take it

cpt roll number is not a mandatory field.
it can be left blank.
only thing is you have to select 10+2 cpt passed. i think you had done that
