how should i prepare for law to score above 60.....?
and what are the important areas in audit and itsm?

TO SCORE 60+ IN LAW FIRSTLY COVER THE FOLLOWING LAWS
1 NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS ACT, 1881
2 PROVIDENT FUND ACT 1952
3 GRATUITY ACT 1972
4 BONUS ACT 1965
ALL THESE 4 ACTS COVER ALMOST 20 MARKS THEN PROCEED WITH ETHICS AND COMMUNICATION
BY COVERING ALL THESE THINGS YOU WOULD BE ABLE TO COVER 60 MARKS
THEN PROCEED AHEAD WITH COMPANY LAWS IMPORTANT TOPICS SUCH AS INCORPORATION , MEETINGS, MEMORANDOM, ARTICLES, PROSPECTUS, ISSUE AND ALLOTMENT, PROMOTERS
INDIAN CONTRACT ACT IS VERY VAST BUT FROM THE MARKS VIEW OF POINT IT COVERS ONLY 10 MARKS YOU CAN DO IT IN THE LAST

Hi,
I am working as an accountant in a small firm and at the same time want to enrol for IPCC May'12 . (passed my CPT june'11)
Can I do my job and join for some evening coaching class and carry on studies or is IPCC so difficult that I have to quit my job??
Please suggest me.
