visit icai shahdara and show them the receipt of payment made along with the copy u received to collect study material from material room....dey will surely help u in the matter.
Visit nearest branch. As if now, ICAI, don't send books at home. You have to collect them. So go and collect and show receipt or registration letter if u got.
