Ipcc articels status

Dear All,

I have registered to articels on 14th Apr 2015, and it ends on 14th Apr 2018.

But in my principals details , my name is under Student Terminated / Completed  Article / Audit Training Details   but not under Member Article / Audit Training Details     where all othe current articles name is forund.

What should i do now. 

Should I take it to the concer of the institute???
