Just wanted to confirm that wasn't the Electricity question out of syllabus in today's paper? ICAI had removed replacement of component from syllabus and it was nowhere in the study material as well.

Out of syllabus..
i didnt find such kind of question either in study material and practise manual..
Will ICAI award marks for that question..??

There is no question like this in the latest Practice Manual and latest Module, and nothing in the 2014 RTP also. Akshay you might be using an old practice manual.

at my center supervisor asked to ge give feedback on icai site.... she told icai asked us to do so ....can someone say why ?

There is nothing like ICAI WONT DO MISTAKES
It did mistake in printing/framing a question in IPCC group 1 Accounts paper in this May2014 attempt
