tulsian is good, also you can refer parveen sharma sir's notes they are quite easy to understand .as well as his notes are very systematic and provides good knowledge..

i dont live in north..i live in surat, gujarat. here parveen sharma notes are not available anywhere...its not available online also...

In that case tulsian is very good option for u... But in order to quick revision and timely completionu should prepare proper notes on important points to be remember in your note book.
