Only few sections of the Companies Act, 2013 are relevant for the audit paper and none of them affect the company audit chapter.

u mean no need to buy a new book...as I have surbhi bansal that I have reffered in may 2014..so RTP will be sufficient... ll I get all changes in that??

is there any changes in ethics & communication in IPCC law and any changes in business law of IPCC..marks Ka weightege same hai ? 40 marks ki business law and 40 ki hi ethic's and communication? You need to be the querist or approved C

There is no change in the syllabus of ethics and communication.

Business Laws 30 + Company Law 30 + Ethics 20 + Communication 20 = 100
