First study the practice manual questions for rest of the subjects, then if you still have time then do the rest of the questions from institute material. And at the end do the RTP, MTP. Many questions are coming from RTP/P.Manuals.

Focussing more on theory questions covered in practice manuals, RTP/MTP will almost be covering the significant portion of theory given in study module. I advise you to revise those again. For taxation, you need to study the latest ICAI Tax module for theory of both service tax and vat to score good marks.
