Follow the suggested answers provided by ICAI for AUDIT and Law both theorical papers.
Analyze the pattern and follow accordingly. Generally the pattern suggest following points,
(1) Write answers pointwise and legible to read.
(2) Give References of AS, AAS, Sections and important case laws wehrever applicable.
(3) Avoid unnecessary writing write only relevant points.
Avoid to qoute references of AS, AAS, Sections, Case laws etc when you are not sure, qouting wrong references will not give a good impression to examinor and results less marks. So, if you don't remember then try to write relevant points only.
Feel free to ask more if you have further doubts.
