One of My client received an investment from another person of Rs.20lakh for 10% of his bussiness. Now I want to know how this will be shown in a/c of my client????

You can admit that person as a partner of issue shares (if Pvt. Ltd.) - You can show amount payable as remuneration
or you can provide Interest - you can show amount as interest after dedcting TDS

The investing Person Cannot be shown as Partner he just invested the money in Bussiness also he cant be shown as Lender of money as he has requested the same. The Investor wants to show the amount invested as Investment even in his Books Of A/c..

If investor wants to show amount as investment then in which form he want to show
he have options as 1. Partner capital Investment, 2. Investment in equity, 3. or amount is given as a loan
