iam running a small industry having both sale and service. I also owns a rented building which falls under GST. Can I keep separate invoicing for sale, services and rental invoice? GST registration is taken in my name.

Yes you can keep separate Invoice for different supplies. There is no bar in GST to have single series of Tax Invoice for different supplies
