I am new trader registered under GST in UP.
I have bought some goods in Uttrakhand in tender and i want to sale those goods in Uttrakhand only, without moving goods to UP, at my place.
How to create invoice, in this case ?

Pl advice me at earliest.

Raise IGST invoice to the purchaser from uttarakhand.

Even your seller will consider it as inter state sale. So u will get IGST ITC

It is a case of inter state supply of goods. Raise an IGST invoice for the transaction.

Please give the reason or explanation, How is it treat as "INTER STATE" supply...?
