Invoices transmitted to icegate but refund not received

One of my firms had 2 export invoices with payment of tax, one in July and one in August 2017. The status says that both invoices have been transmitted to Icegate, but we have not yet received the refund. Do i need to create an Icegate account for it? Where can I check the refund status? What should I do to get the refund processed soon? Thank you.

For obtaining refund of Tax paid on Export, application for the same needs to be filed on GST portal. The refund application, after being filed, can be traced on the GST portal.

The refund application was filed on the GST portal last year itself. The Track status of invoice data to be shared with ICEGATE says that the invoices have been transmitted to Icegate. There is no errors mentioned there. But we still haven't received the refund. When I check the ARN status, the assigned to says NA.

Is there anything I can do to expedite the issue of refund? Thank you.

in case of export of services with IGST payment we have to file RFD-01 along with R1 & 3B, Otherwise in case of Export of Goods with payment of IGST GSTR 1 Table 6 and 3B is enough to get GST refund
