1. invoice > 50000

eway is created for b2b transaction but not for b2c....

is there anu wrong??

which goods you are dealing ?
You are Manufacturer or wholesalers or retailers?
B2C made is inter state or intra state?

For transportation of goods with a value above 50000 by regd person will require e-way for such transportation. Otherwise same can be detained by proper officer.

Business profile is trader.... b2c invoice for intra state...

Your trading business is in which state ?
As e way bill limit for Intra state is different for different states.

U may receive a notice too from a department since all the supplies are transported without e-way.

Further a general penalty of 25000 too. can charged by proper officer if he is not properly satisfied.

1. penalty is for every invoice or full financial year....
2. all the invoices are billed to customers URP in cash only.. picked by customer from shop by themselves

If e way bill is not generated than conveyance/
Goods will be detained by officer during transportation of Goods and a penalty of Rs. 10,000 or the tax sought to be evaded (whichever is greater) may be lived by officer.

But after transportation, Means during transportation not detained by officer than thereafter, there is no consequence/penalty.

And if customer pickup from your location or if you transport goods to customer in not moterised vahicle like bycycle, bullock cart than also there is no requirement of e-way bill.

Dear Ramanji, E-Way bill generation turns mandatory where goods transported through vehicle/ conveyance exceeds value of INR 50,000 either invoice -wise or in aggregate. E-way has been exempted in the case of non- motor vehicle transportation or Empty Cargo Containers.
