Please let me know when is invoice issued under rule 52-A and 173 G.

The rules you are referring to, Central Excise Rules, 1944; was repealed in 2000.
Rule 52A invoice has been replaced by Rule 11 of the new rules. There is no parallel provosion of Rule 173G in the new rules.
