Invoice to customer for goods movement from our vendor place

Hello!

We have place order to our supplier "B & CO" ( in Bangalore) to send goods directly to our customer "M & CO" (in mumbai).  

How to move goods from bangalore to mumbai without invoice from B & CO (we dont want our customer M & Co to know the price at which we get it from our supplier.

Please provide your suggetion.
