Dear All Member, i want to know about the invoice under GST where billing address and deleivery address are diffrent .If billing adress is in the same state but the deleivery address is out side the state so there is arise a confusion for levy of tax ie. we will charge igst or Cgst and Sgst.

GST is a Consumption based statue. So, the test is where the goods and/or being consumed to be checked for levying CGST+SGST or IGST
