what happen, if March-18 invoice not taken in GSTR-3B and GSTR-1 till now?
In above situation when party can claim input credit?

as per recent meeting of GST council , date had been extended for claiming credit for FY 2017-18 till 31.03.2019
earlier it was before filing of sept 2018 return
