Invoice not in GSTR2B
Supplier uploaded March invoice on 14th April 23 in his GSTR1. Invoice reflected in GSTR2A but not in 2B. Can we take its ITC in our GSTR3B and file our returns.Please clarify.

No.... As per Section 16(2)(aa) the eligible ITC autopoplated in GSTR 2B can avail.
