ek customer ke liye jo unregistered hai kaun si invoice issue hogi

Normal Invoice as per GST provisions would be issued..however if the customer is unregistered and the Invoice value is not greater than Rs 200 , the taxable person has an option not to issue the tax invoice

Bill of supply issued by unregistered and composition dealer
Tax invoice is issued by registered dealer
