INVOICE ISSUE

I am a supplier registered in hyd, my purchaser registered in chennai, but he is doing site work in Bangalore , so I have to deliver my goods to Bangalore not to chennai , he doesn't have any place of business in chennai. now how can I issue tax invoice?? and how to issue e-way bill?? delivery is to Bangalore, but his registration office is in Bangalore , pls solve my prbm

Please check your question you say purchaser is registered in Chennai but do not have place of business in Chennai, if he is doing site work in Bangalore than he may be a casual tax payer and so would be you for Karnataka.

He is a casual tax payer - Casual Taxable Person has been defined in Section 2 (20) of GST Law. It means a means a person who occasionally undertakes transactions involving supply of goods or services or both in the course or furtherance of business, whether as principal, agent or in any other capacity, in a State or a Union territory where he has no fixed place of business.

yes sir. my question is supplier needs to supply goods Bangalore. but debtor is in chennai. to delivery the goods I need to issue tax invoice and e way bill. in way bill and tax invoice is there any option to write shipmemt address separately and billing address separately?? if not how can i issue tax invoice
