Gst Tax Invoice should be as per rule 46 of the CGST act 2017 , however in case of export of service , the Invoice shall carry an endorsement " Supply ment for export on Payment of Integrated tax or Supply ment for export Under Bond or Letter of Undertaking without payment of Integrrated Tax , as the case may be .
In liue of the details specified in clause (e) of rule 46 following details should be entered
1) Name and addres of receipient
2) Address of delivery
3) Name of the country of destination.
