If an Indian Company want to invest in JV/WOS in Bangladesh, what is the procedure to be followed.

AS per my opinion, the company will have to fill up the form 1, 2, 15 for remitttances outside india on account of JV. It can enter a contractual agreement with the company outside India.

For investment in JV/WOS outside India the company has to comply with the guidelines relating to ODI issued by Reserve Bank of India. The company has to intimate the RBI within 30 days of investment through filing Form ODI along with the required documents.
