Where can I get the Investment Declaration Form for FY 2010-11 which is required to be filled in by the employees of an organization who come under the purview of TDS on salary?

Dear Sir,
There is no such form prescribed under the Act & every organization has its own....
So if u r asking as an emplyee, I would say check with ur Finance Department or Personnel Department.
But if u r asking this an an employer, I would say no specified format is there - pls search google & u will easily get specimen forms.

Dear Mr. Ankur,
Investment declaration form is kept normally with accounts or HR deptt. of the company. U cn contact with the concerned department head for the format. In addition to this there is no prescribed format under income tax act for the investment declaration form. This may vary from company to company.

Dear Mr. Ankur,
I am having this Investment declaration form for.FY 2009-10, you can easily change it for FY. 2010-11
this is in excel with tax guide which also needs to be amended as per new rates etc.
i think this will be useful 2 u.
