Kindly enlighten me on following subject:
There is any requirement apart from the Companies Act, 1956 in respect of incorporate a company with main object of investment in shares, debentures and all kinds of securities in group companies or any other companies.

There is RBI Act & even NBFC laws which may be applicable to such Companies
