Hi,

i want to make 20000-25000 investment per month, beside SIP option of mutual funds , what other options i have, my ojective is to play safe and get a return of around 20% , as in FD's we get a return of only 9-10%.

Then u should go for real estate buddy. along with appreciation u can also get regular return.

but how can i go 4 real estate as i donot have lumpsum amt. and wanna invest on monthly basis

hi, me from delhi itself, where r u from bro........ and u mean to say that via housing loan i buy a flat and than repay instalments through my salary, but i already have a house
