I need your direction regarding Regulations & Restrictions over Investing Company (Unlisted -Having Foreign Individual shareholders) under FDI/ RBI regime?

Dear Rishubh,
In case of Investing Company there are lot of details required so better to go with consolidated policy issued by Government of India i.e. circular 2 of 2010 and match the conditions of your company with those regulations
