Can somebody kindly provide me with the copy of the 'Inventa Software India (Private) Limited Vs Additional Commissioner of Commercial Taxes, Zone-I, Bangalore & Another (2008)' order.
The same deals with customised software being taxed as a works contract under KVAT Act, 2003.
Its urgent.
