what to do . im getting invalid return type

On the Returns page, do NOT click on “File GSTR-3B” button.
..........Instead:
Click on text above it, The heading:
“Monthly Return GSTR3B” written in Box.

(Sorry for the jumble above, Inverted commas are Mess)
Solution to your problem:
Do not click on FILE GSTR3B
