Hello,
My tax return for the year 2016-2017, have been declared invalid after i couldn't submit revised return ,under 139(9). what could be done for the same?

Please go to check out the Availability of Reply... In case any availability for the same then submit Your response to the defective notice and file... Also check out Condonation delay option...
If option not available then no way for filing new ITR...

in case no option is available as mentioned by another expert then one remedy is available to file such return i.e. file return u/s 119(2)(b) after taking approval from CIT.
