sir after changing the mobile no of authorized signatory not able to login using old credentials,what will do

Use forget password option with new mobile number
Is it income tax or GST or any other ?
Not possible that login failed just due to change in number. May pe password change, go for forgot password option.

GST sir,can not use forget password option because user name also became invalid.The issue solved by using first time login option

There is option to change old user id and password through department by changing your number and mail id
Then how it is first time registration?
But for that you have to generate user id and pwd through first time login

When you didnot have your user id and password and you can't reset both as mobile number and email id doesnot belongs to you, then you apply to department for new user id.
On generation of new user id you have to login under first time login option .
