File condonation request for delay in sending ITR V within specified time, online after login.

Go to the ‘My Account’ menu located at upper-left side of the page ⇒ Click ‘Service Request’ ⇒ Select the ‘Request Type’ as ‘New Request’ and Select the ‘Request Category’ as ‘Condonation Request’ ⇒ Click ‘Submit’

sir,please guide me about how to claim the credit/exemption of salary(foreign) of resident but not ordinary resident ,using form w2.

Well, I am not familiar with FW2 form.......

..... but any RNOR can file ITR2 (as per IT act, India) for any income earned in India. & he is not liable to be taxed for any foreign income (just like NRI)

Hi Syed- Have you filed for condonation for "E-Verification"? If yes, has it been approved or rejected? I too have filed for condonation on 14/08 but I haven't heard from the ITD. Wanted to know your status- Thanks

Hi prashant,i have filed for condonation for e-verification and the status is "your condonation request is forwarded for approval .The return will be invalid till approved ".

Thanks Syed- Same thing is showing up for me. Have no clue if they will accept or reject the condonation. If you hear from them, please let me know and likewise. All the best.
