Hi all

I got the below response from GSTIN Grievance (Support GSTIN)

As per your statement invoices data, it contains multiple “B2C-Small” row for Outward supply. As per the new process, A statement can have only One ‘B2C-Small’ entry. While creating a fresh Offline Utility, Kindly enter value for all such invoices(B2C-small) accumulatively in ‘Taxable value’ and also in each heads (IGST or (CGST+SGST) in single row. You can try uploading json file after validation.

I was able to upload the Json file after making the above changes by converting all B2C-Small rows in to a single row.

The offline utility for inverted duty structure was revised on 13.10.19 and i was able to upload the json in the website on 10.11.19.

But before making the above changes, kindly ensure that you use the dropdown option for each and every line instead of typing. For eg:Type of inward and outward supply and type of document

Also use the following forumla for date TEXT(U3,"dd-mm-yyyy") and then paste special it and convert the same in to general format.

This will definitely work. It worked out for me
