What is the meaning of break up value of shares? Is it the same with the meaning of Intrinsic value of shares?

Breakup value of shares means value of share which is computed by taking into account both the
• Net asset value or Intrin sic Value
• Yield Basis
Where equal weights(importance) is given to both the values. What I simply mean is an average value is computed from Share price computed from NAV basis and Yield basis.
