A company deposited TDS under Sec 192 after a year of due date,the company bears the TDS of the employee as a perquisite,what will be the intrest charged in this case with reference to the ammendment of 1.5% intrest rate from July 1st.The payment has been made full to the Employee through out. what will be the Intrest rate???????

Nice question ,its a lot practical,i think 1 % till July 1st & then 1.5% till date,i am not sure but this is what i can say.

rate applicable on the date of payment of TDS.
