I wanna know that in case of intra day trade of securities, the profit or loss arising from the same is a speculative transaction or a non speculative transaction under the head business & profession . also the same case for F&O also.....

Thats a good question to debate..
But as per departmental views intraday is your speculative transaction & F&O is a pure business income..
