IF DEMAND IS RAISED, THEN IT IS BETTER TO SUBMIT IT WITH INTERST .

well said CA Bansal ? :)
My friend Vipul, the dept ignores any refund if it is less than 100 nor it expects u to pay anything if ur resultant demand is less than 100.

Can some one tell me for Notice issued under section 143 (2), what is the procedure.
The assessment is already done and refund issued. But there is a notice under section 143 (2) for AY 2009-10. If some part of income and loss has been missed in the calculation for this AY can a revised return be file after assessment is complete and a notice under 143(2) issued?
What is the process? Can these be carried forward to the next year?

After Assessment done U/S 143(2) you can't do revise the return........and cannot claim losses to be carry forward.

UR income can be increased after 143(2) assessment. Hence, u will be asked to pay tax on the increased income. Loss can be minimised, but it cannot be increased in 143(2) assessment
